Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of "No. 8000 The Ultimate CALCULATOR" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), provided by the developer (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") as a Discord Activity. Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Applicability)

1. These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and us regarding the use of the Service.
2. The Service is an application that operates on the Discord platform. In addition to these Terms, Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.

Article 2 (Service Overview)

The Service is a tool that provides life point calculation and related functions for trading card games. The Service is not affiliated with Konami Digital Entertainment or the "Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game" in any way.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
2. Acts related to criminal activities.
3. Acts that infringe on copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service.
4. Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of our server or network, or those of other users or third parties.
5. Acts of using information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes.
6. Acts of unauthorized access or attempts to do so.
7. Acts of impersonating other users.
8. Other acts that we deem inappropriate.

Article 4 (Suspension of Service, etc.)

We may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User if we determine that any of the following grounds exist:

1. When performing maintenance or updates on the computer system for the Service.
2. When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters.
3. When computers or communication lines, etc., stop due to an accident.
4. In other cases where we determine that it is difficult to provide the Service.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

1. We do not guarantee, either expressly or implicitly, that the Service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects regarding safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc., errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
2. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User arising from the Service.

Article 6 (Changes to Terms of Service)

We may change these Terms at any time without notifying the User if we deem it necessary. If a User starts using the Service after a change to these Terms, such User shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. In the event of any dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over our place of residence shall be the exclusive agreed court of jurisdiction.
